YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS SERVICES ASSOCIATE JOB ROLE:

App/cloud engineering

Identify and resolve issues related to applications and infrastructure.
Assist clients with diverse expertise (including users, admins, and developers) in navigating and resolving technology challenges.
Place emphasis on driving automation, self-service capabilities, and evolving cloud infrastructure environments.

Project control services

Assist in Technology Delivery Centers projects by monitoring and overseeing project management office tasks and operations.
Take a proactive approach to monitoring, managing, reporting on the progress of deliverables, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Effectively manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and direction.

Low/no code app development

Utilize a low-code development platform to create applications, while also configuring and setting up systems to cater to each client’s specific needs.
Work with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder
Conduct research and analysis of internal business processes with the aim of optimizing and automating them.

Test automation engineering

Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data
Utilize business and functional knowledge, along with testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to effectively meet the overall test objectives of the team.
Tasked with creating testing scenarios specifically for usability testing.
Generate comprehensive reports documenting all software testing activities.
Thoroughly examine the results and provide detailed observations to the development team for further analysis.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR ACCENTURE SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB:

Due to Accenture global client base, you will be required to have flexibility in working across various time zones and shifts.
Open to working in any Business Unit or Service line offered by the company.
Flexible and willing to join or relocate to any Accenture office located across India.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB AT ACCENTURE:

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
