YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS PRODUCTION SUPPORT JOB ROLE:

Due to the round-the-clock support for jobs, flexibility in working early or late shifts is required, taking into account other shifts and vacation schedules.
Once a month, there is a requirement to work a 12-hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday, which falls on the same weekend.
You will be required to familiarize yourself with the basics of JAMS for job scheduling and Pentaho for ETL coding, as Concentrix utilize these tools for operations.
Having prior familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be beneficial as Concentrix is transitioning to this platform.
Utilizing Cloud Composer, an orchestration service based on Apache Airflow.
Having knowledge of Python would be beneficial as the jobs in GCP will be developed using Python.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CONCENTRIX PRODUCTION SUPPORT JOB:

Familiarity with SQL is important as the data warehouse utilized by the team is Oracle.
Having knowledge of PowerShell and Linux shell scripting is beneficial as the team heavily relies on scripting for various tasks.
Concentrix perform promotions using Subversion on a regular basis, although prior knowledge of Subversion is not required.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Proficiency in investigative and research skills is necessary for this position.
Familiarity with Linux is beneficial as a significant portion of job operations are executed on Linux servers.
Having knowledge of vi would be advantageous.
Familiarity with regular expressions would be beneficial.
Having a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn new things would be advantageous.
Demonstrating high reliability and professionalism.
