YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS BUSINESS ANALYST JOB ROLE:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying key business requirements, and translating them into data-driven solutions. You will also be involved in designing and implementing data analytics strategies and models, creating dashboards and reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR PAYU BUSINESS ANALYST JOB:

Proficiency in analyzing large and complex data sets using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into data analytics solutions that address key challenges and drive business outcomes.
Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data and propose actionable recommendations.

Strong knowledge of data analytics techniques, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with database systems, data warehouses, and data governance principles.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification or training in data analytics or business analysis is a plus.
