Wipro is conducting an off-campus drive 2023 for the position of Service Desk Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot end-user issues in line with Wipro’s Service Desk objectives and be the first point of contact for B2B users who contact the Wipro Service Desk. The role requires the candidate to provide primary user support and customer service, become familiar with the client’s applications and processes, learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment, and follow standard service desk operating procedures. The candidate must possess good communication skills, detail-oriented, have a passion for results, be client-centric, and display effective change agility.

WIPRO JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main objective of the Service Desk job is to serve as the initial point of contact for B2B users contacting Wipro Service Desk for resolving end-user issues in accordance with Wipro’s Service Desk goals.
- Take ownership of providing primary support to users and delivering excellent customer service.
Respond to queries from all calls, portal, emails, chats from the client.
Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from clients through various channels such as calls, emails, chats, and portals.
Adhere to the standard operating procedures of the service desk by precisely recording all service desk tickets utilizing the designated tracking software.
Make sure to maintain the scorecard as per the SoW in terms of TAT, SLA and hits.
- Regularly manage and maintain MIS and resolution logs for all queries raised.
Document the events and issues along with their solutions in the logs.
Ensure to relay any feedback, suggestions, or escalations received from customers to the relevant internal team.
Identify and propose suggestions for process and procedure improvements.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Any Graduate
Batch: 2018/19/20/21/22/23
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Being able to comply with the Service Desk guidelines and regulations in order to generate consistent outcomes, manage risks effectively, and exercise proper control.
Understanding and familiarity with the process and domain being managed.
Is able to convey information clearly and efficiently.
Should be attentive to details.
Should be able to adapt to changes and respond quickly and effectively to new situations or requirements.
Consistently deliver high-quality results by effectively planning, organizing, and managing tasks.
Adherence to TAT, SLA as per SoW.
