MASTERCARD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Mastercard Launch program aims to develop the skills and provide cross-functional work experience to early career talent. The program spans over 18 months and assigns participants to a business unit where they learn and gain valuable on-the-job experience.
Responsible for leading and driving ad-hoc projects related to pricing, interchange, and new business modeling impacts.
Collaborates with business units to improve decision-making and supports strategy and performance delivery.
Assists in analyzing new business opportunities and supports agreements for designated areas such as financial and data technology.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Batch: 2023)
Experience: Fresher
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Well-rounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work on a team and independently
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
