UNILEVER TERRITORY SALES OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales, as well as experience in ROI calculations and distributor handling.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets by personally selling products through market visits and driving the RS system.
Revise the strategy for enhancing the company’s competitive position in the market by improving customer service.
They will negotiate with their RS and help them develop their skills in managing customers to obtain more business.
The candidate should closely monitor competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate actions to counter such activities.
They will also systematically monitor the performance of the RS and their sales team and take corrective action when necessary (infrastructure gaps).
The candidate should organize promotion activities within the budget limits for brand activities in consultation with the superiors.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Any Graduate (Batch- 2017/18/19/20/21/22/23)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The candidate should possess knowledge and skills in RS appointment and sales planning.
Proficient in managing RS distribution and conducting ROI calculations.
Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired.
Executing and organizing promotional activities.
