ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clients Requirement Analysis
Documentation.

Create application-specific reports such as SLA KPI reports, performance aspects, and the number of transactions processed per day.

Assist in creating documentation for client-specific applications, project-specific processes, and workflows.a

Participation in daily stand-up and weekly calls Calls, Status reporting for clients.
Efficient Task Execution.

Provide regular task-level updates as required.

Follow the organization’s policies and procedures.

Communicate concerns or issues about work output to the lead in a timely manner.

Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.

Ensure tasks are appropriately classified and prioritized.

Maintain effective relationships with team members and supervisors.

Follow defined processes during task execution.

Adhere to the schedule and timelines.

Learning,Training.

Attend Knowledge Transition sessions within the project to gain proficiency in project-level knowledge.

Learn about client application suites, technology stacks, processes, and tools through project-specific documents and boot camps. (like Quality Center JIRA)

Complete domain, technical, and project relation training and certifications.

Understand quality processes and practices of the project from various sources.
