YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PHONEPE SOCIAL MEDIA ADVISOR JOB ROLE:

We are seeking specialists to join our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main role will involve resolving customer issues and consistently seeking innovative solutions to enhance their experience. Your primary responsibility will be to address the problems faced by our customers, while continuously striving to find exceptional and creative methods to improve their overall satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate integrity and prioritize the customer’s needs in every interaction.
  • Address basic inquiries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
  • Adapt between phone and data channels as required.
  • Adhere to prescribed process guidelines to achieve resolutions.
  • Establish customer trust through effective interactions.
  • Meet productivity goals on an hourly and daily basis.
  • Utilize internal processes and resources to drive issue resolution.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Engage and educate customers to maximize their usage of PhonePe.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THIS PHONEPE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE JOB:

  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and acquiring new knowledge.
  • Actively listen and effectively handle objections.
  • Display a customer-centric approach and adaptability to various scenarios.
