Your responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support through various remote channels, including phone, chat, email, video, and social media.
Provide optimal and hassle-free resolutions, showcasing a customer-focused and genuinely compassionate demeanor in each customer engagement, with the aim of achieving utmost customer contentment.
Utilize conflict resolution strategies during customer interactions to facilitate positive and seamless experiences, ultimately leading to increased customer loyalty.
Assume responsibility for determining when to exceed expectations, placing a priority on customer experience while considering cost-consciousness.
Collaborate with the team to establish and achieve personal goals that align with and support the goals of the unit and function, and actively provide suggestions and ideas to drive success.

Contribute to enhancing the knowledge and skills of all co-workers in meeting customer needs by providing feedback on improvement requirements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR IKEA RESOLUTION GENERALIST JOB
