ZYCUS PRODUCT TECHNICAL ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
Join the 24/7 support team that provides assistance for Zycus’s Source-to-Pay procurement suite.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues regarding Zycus products.
Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to guarantee timely delivery, improved efficiency, and issue resolution for customers by coordinating with multiple teams from Zycus and the customer side to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engage and contribute to the implementation of best practices, tools, and processes, share knowledge, and devise ways to automate and generate innovative ideas that improve the customer experience, reduce manual efforts, and suggest new processes.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate testing, including user acceptance testing.
Assess and propose inventive solutions and workarounds to meet customer requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in configuring Zycus products, incident management tools, MS-Excel, and other relevant tools.
Demonstrate a thorough technical understanding of Zycus products and the ability to discuss and showcase the Zycus Solution, including its configuration options to fulfill a customer’s business requirements.
