WIPRO’S SYSTEM ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION
Exceptional communication skills are required to empathize, pacify, and handle irate customers.
Providing remote support for troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, and other relevant software.
Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from customers.
Handle and resolve customer grievances in a prompt and efficient manner.
Recognize and elevate concerns to superiors as necessary.
Assist customers by providing information on products and services offered.
Conduct research using available resources to gather necessary information and provide effective solutions to customers.
Identify and address customer complaints by leveraging relevant software tools.
Direct calls and tickets to the relevant resources and domains that can provide optimal support to the user.
Record all relevant details of each call or ticket following standard operating procedures.
Formulate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly identified issues and their appropriate resolutions.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS FRESHER JOB AT WIPRO:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in resolving issues related to base operating systems with a keen interest in acquiring knowledge of new technologies.
Proficiency in Cisco Routing and Switching.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS TECHNICAL SUPPORT JOB:
