YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN SUPPORT ANALYST JOB:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting the ITS Walk-up, with a strong commitment to delivering a world-class experience.
- Provides Hardware and Application Support. Asset management and tracking of hardware and software. This duty requires knowledge of existing
- Install and configure firm-standard images on laptops, ensuring adherence to company standards and specifications.
- Interface with outside customers and vendors as required
- Follow the guidance and instructions provided by immediate supervisors or managers to effectively implement new processes, procedures, or initiatives.
- Provide after-hours emergency support as per the established rotational schedule outlined by ITS service level agreements.
- Provides Mobile Device deployment & support; activities include End user guidance and recommendations, activation, account modifications, configuration, testing, problem identification.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR DELOITTE SUPPORT ANALYST JOB:
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Microsoft MCITP certification is preferred.
- Having A+ or Network+ certification is considered a plus.
- Having industry certifications such as Dell or HP is considered a plus.
- Possessing basic knowledge of overall network/systems security.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB AT DELOITTE:
B.E./B.Tech
Technical troubleshooting skills in various areas including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lync, Windows and macOS operating systems, mobile device hardware and software, networking, video conferencing, audio/video equipment, telephony equipment, and Active Directory administration are preferred.
