YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROGRAMMER ANALYST AT COGNIZANT:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ functional requirements.
- Efficient Task Execution:
- Promptly raise any questions, issues, or concerns about work output with the team lead.
- Foster productive working relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Actively engage in project and organizational initiatives under the guidance of Delivery leadership.
- Ensure tasks are appropriately classified and prioritized.
- Documentation:
- Assist in the creation of documents related to client-specific applications, project processes, and workflows.
- Generate application-specific reports, including SLA KPI reports and performance metrics.
- Participation in Calls/Status Reporting:
- Participate in daily standup calls and weekly meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Learning/Training:
- Review project-specific documents and participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with client application suites, technology stacks, and client-specific processes and tools (e.g., Quality Center, JIRA).
- Complete training and certification related to domain, technical aspects, and project relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR COGNIZANT ANALYST TRAINEE JOB:
Proficiency in Salesforce Customization
