YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SUPPLY MANAGER AT P&G:

1. Manufacturing-Process Engineer Function:

•    Lead teams to identify and eliminate losses across global measures using manufacturing tools.
•    Standardize processes, drive changes in equipment, and validate processes.
•    Develop the capability to troubleshoot technical process failures.
•    Set daily direction for processes, report results, address issues, and allocate resources.
•    Focus on reducing costs, improving productivity through asset utilization, and benchmarking.
•    Act as an information hub for projects and product development, coordinating capital projects across functions.
•    Apply technology to address manufacturing challenges and demonstrate leadership.
•    Design processes to achieve best-in-class manufacturing capability.
•    Expedite product and innovation speed to market.
•    Manage large project management teams responsible for capital and project spending optimization.

2. Product-Supply Planning Function:

•    Plan and execute supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution.
•    Lead teams responsible for raw/packed material and finished goods planning, including forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations.
•    Initiate cost-saving and supply chain improvement projects.
•    Coordinate distribution requirements for finished goods across various locations.
•    Focus on reducing physical distribution costs while enhancing service levels.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS P&G PRODUCT SUPPLY JOB:

• Strong command of English.
• Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROCTER & GAMBLE JOB:
