COGNIZANT PROGRAMMER ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analysis of Requirements:
- Gain a deep understanding of the functional aspects of client requirements.
- Effective Task Execution:
- Adhere to project schedules and timelines diligently.
- Cultivate productive interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Strictly adhere to defined processes during task execution.
- Documentation:
- Assist in the creation of documents for client-specific applications and project-specific processes and workflows.
- Prepare application-specific reports, including those detailing SLA KPIs and performance metrics like daily transaction counts and successful transactions.
- Participation in Calls/Status Reporting:
- Actively participate in daily standup calls and weekly meetings.
- Contribute to the development of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Learning and Training:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of quality processes and practices applied within the project, drawing from various sources.
- Review project-specific documents and engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with client application suites, technology stacks, and project-specific processes and tools (e.g., Quality Center and JIRA).
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR COGNIZANT ANALYST TRAINEE JOB:
- Proficiency in Blue Prism
- Competence in UiPath
- Knowledge of .NET 3.0
