YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE WESTERN UNION CUSTOMER ANALYTICS JOB ROLE:
- Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics and build business intelligence platforms for internal data consumption.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide analytical support to enhance customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention initiatives.
- Develop programming code and work with other developers and database administrators to prepare data tables for analysis.
- Analyze, model, and validate data for standard and ad hoc requests.
- Support the set-up and execution of valid measurement plans based on Design of Experiment methodologies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THIS WESTERN UNION OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
- Exposure to the Data Analytics space.
- Knowledge of querying databases using SQL and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Experience in programming using Python is desired.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are crucial for this role.
