GENPACT BUSINESS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cross train and plan backups for team members
- Generate insights for better risk management using client data
- Review and ensure completeness of data submitted by underwriters
- Summarize modeled results and communicate with underwriters
- Scrub and code data in defined formats
- Apply policy structures and interpret limits and deductibles
- Upload data into relevant models and perform analyses.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR GENPACT DATA ANALYST JOB:
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
- Ability to deliver tasks within deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and motivation
- Good interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
- Excellent analytical ability
- High speed of execution
- Coaching and mentoring skills
