YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS SUN LIFE GRADUATE ENGINEER JOB:
- Undertake engineering tasks across the software development life cycle and execute software projects
- Craft efficient, scalable code and develop front-end/back-end components to enhance performance
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Test, debug, and improve existing systems’ functionality
- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) through DevOps pipelines and automate manual tasks
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding ongoing work
- Collaborate effectively within and across teams, sharing resources and information as needed
- Contribute constructively in project meetings and associated teams
- Report issues impacting task progress
