DESCRIPTION OF IIM BANGALORE INTERNSHIP FOR STUDENTS:
- The role involves assisting the technical team in the maintenance, upgrading, and support of the Open Edx platform.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing features within the Open Edx platform.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Acquire familiarity with emerging technologies like AWS (Amazon Web Services) to broaden technical expertise.
- Monitor and analyze support tickets to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
- Explore the integration of novel AI tools and contribute to relevant documentation efforts.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS IIM BANGALORE TECHNICAL INTERN ROLE:
- Proficiency in G Suite applications.
- Basic comprehension of the Open Edx platform.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk.
