YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DATA ANALYST AT S&P GLOBAL:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and input high-quality financial and non-financial data into work tools based on guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a deep understanding of the dataset, workflows, and proficiently use work tools.
- Contribute input and ideas for new data collection methods and product enhancements.
- Achieve individual and team targets, delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
- Foster technical expertise within the department.
- Troubleshoot problems, enhance workflow/processes, and support team efforts.
- Review feedback on transactions content, rectify errors, and establish/refine procedures and processes for improved accuracy.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS S&P GLOBAL INDIA JOB:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of corporate finance/accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Proficiency in secondary research sources.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 environment on rotational shifts.
- Certification or experience in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS S&P GLOBAL OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
B.Com/BBA/Post Graduate/MBA in Finance as major Specialization.
