YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A QUALCOMM CHINESE LANGUAGE EXPERT- BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
- Assist with Incentive loading, Product and Customer Research, and Certificate processing, all in Simplified Chinese.
- Handle daily, weekly, month-end, and quarter-end activities, including reporting, data updates, and analysis.
- Support Licensing Analysts with translations, reports, and data consolidation.
- Collaborate with Compliance for certificate-related queries.
- Track received and missing certificates, communicate with Compliance for missing reports.
- Generate reports using Salesforce and Tableau to show management reporting details.
- Work closely with global teams, conduct reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
- Be flexible for evening calls for reviews and transitions.

- Mandatory proficiency in Simplified Chinese speaking, writing, and reading.
