YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS IBM TECHNICAL SUPPORT JOB ROLE:
In this role, you will provide remote debugging and issue resolution for the Environmental Intelligence Suite. Collaborate with on-site teams and clients, ensuring proper equipment installation, maintenance, and functioning. Contribute to problem-solving and data analysis for efficient solutions.
- Provide technical support directly to customers, employing problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with various support teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Develop and communicate action plans to clients and IBM teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Assist in building a knowledge base and enhancing serviceability.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS IBM OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Typescript or any programming language.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocol.
- Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL Databases.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and YAML data formatting.

- Ability to work in shifts and provide customer support.
