The Graduate role involves working alongside experienced professionals to learn and assist with tasks that are relevant to the specific area or function of the organization. They work under the guidance and supervision of more senior colleagues to gain valuable experience and develop their skills. The primary objective of the Graduate role is to provide support and contribute to the success of the team and organization. This may involve conducting research, analyzing data, assisting with project management, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Acquire expertise and practical exposure in a specific area or job function.
Develop practical experience and knowledge pertaining to the service or solution provided by the particular area or function.
Offer administrative support to the designated area or function.
Responsible for coordinating meetings, managing logistics, maintaining files, and keeping records for the specific area or function they are working in.
