MOODY’S FULFILLMENT ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role and Responsibilities of a Fulfillment Analyst at Moody’s.
- As a Fulfillment Analyst at Moody’s, your responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing new usernames and passwords for Relationship Managers (RMs). This includes the manual creation of accounts and bulk uploads using an internal admin site with provided templates.
- You will liaise with clients and RMs to ensure that user details are accurate. This will involve using various communication channels such as group emails, Slack, and Teams.
- Providing troubleshooting and support to RMs when clients experience access problems. This may involve collecting error details from internal logs and clients, and collaborating with the level 1 support team.
- Will be responsible for cleansing data in both SFDC and the internal admin site to ensure data accuracy and currency. This includes updating user details, company names, and merging duplicate accounts, working closely with local RMs to streamline the fulfillment process.
- Supporting and creating RM training and user guides as needed to ensure the correct data is provided, and to raise awareness of roles and responsibilities across different business sectors.
- Advising and contributing to the evolution of the user management process. This will involve working closely with local support teams and developers to enhance process efficiency and maintain a high level of customer service.
KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE MOODYS ANALYST JOB 2023:
- Business proficiency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
- 0-3 years of work experience in this sector or related customer service fields.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
