COGNIZANT PROCESS SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION
- Interact with customers, both internal and external, to meet process deliverables.
- Utilize JavaScript, JQuery, and various mobile Ad producer tools to create client-side interactive components and develop ads with custom animations and image galleries.
- Communicate effectively with clients and end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality monitoring, making process improvements as needed.
- Raise and resolve process-related issues, record production statistics and end-user notes, and contribute to knowledge updates.
- Perform root cause analysis on team members’ errors.
- Conduct team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and participate in organizational activities.
- Act as a buddy for new hires and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Handle escalation calls and manage service levels when necessary.
- Collate team performance data for reporting purposes.
