LARSEN & TOUBRO JUNIOR ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Junior Engineer Trainee at L&T, your responsibilities include:

• Utilize excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate analytical proficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive plans, define full kits based on the plan, and collaborate with departments and customers to ensure the smooth progress of jobs, achieving committed targets.
• Provide support in achieving defined targets as per the established processes.
• Interact effectively with customers.
• Attend various training sessions and orientations throughout the one-year training period.
• Actively participate in committees and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance coordination and efficiency in project execution.
• Execute quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and precision of job-related tasks.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of project progress.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE L&T JOB 2024:

• Knowledge of MS Office. 
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in a dynamic work environment.
