ASTERIA AEROSPACE FLIGHT OPERATION ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct demonstrations/trials of Asteria products and solutions for clients/end-users.
- Create compliance matrix sheets based on tender document specifications.
- Conduct training sessions on Asteria products and solutions.
- Ensure legal compliance, safety standards, and adherence to regulations.
- Assist in managing the tender process and document trials/events.
- Develop product training documents.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to comprehend the integration of specific parts and acquire troubleshooting steps for issue resolution.
- Oversee the systems allocated for demos/trials.
- Demonstrate the ability to diagnose problems effectively.
- Propose and implement solutions to address identified issues.
- Document repairs and corrective actions undertaken during the repair process.
- Conduct test flights of the system in accordance with the RPF/RFI documents before engaging in any demos/trials.
- Perform test flights of the system post-repair and diagnosis.

KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE ASTERIA AEROSPACE CAREER 2023:
- Knowledge of autopilot systems and subsystems.
- Experience in RC flying and building (academic project experience is a plus).
- Understanding of RC Aircrafts/Multi-rotors/UAV flight dynamics and operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic subject basics.
- Good presentation and understanding skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL/AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER JOB:
BE/BTech in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.
