YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE JSW GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB ROLE:

• Assisting in the design and development of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating the performance of existing mechanical systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Participating in the selection and procurement of mechanical components and equipment.
• Supporting the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in all mechanical activities.
• Contributing to the documentation and reporting of technical data and project progress.
• Continuously updating knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
