IBM AI Applications Support Engineer Job Description

New hires will be provided with training.

Candidate must be able to openly share ideas and communicate professionally in both verbal and written.

Applications Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysing and troubleshooting customer issues.
Setting up test scenarios to duplicate problems.
Creating knowledge base articles describing issues that have been reported by customer and its resolution.
Administrate communication & fixes between the customer and Level 3 support, if defect is escalated to Level 3 for review.
In system down scenarios you have to Provide production down weekend support to customers.
