HITACHI ENERGY SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute supplier qualification and support audits.
- Handle material purchase requests based on technical specification, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
- Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Evaluate quality data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Report on key performance indicators and management reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize JAGGAER tool for knowledge and work experience.
- Support in identifying new suppliers and coordinate with relevant category teams.
- Assist in negotiations and contract management.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS HITACHI ENERGY BANGALORE JOB:
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Package.
- Experience with JAGGAER tool preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
- Track goods received and ensure appropriate delivery and invoice processing.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
- Initiate supply orders and track supplier performance.
- Align supplier orders with customer requirements.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR HITACHI ENERGY OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field
