As a Process Engineer at GlobalFoundries’ India center in Bangalore, you will play a vital role in supporting module engineering teams across the USA and Germany. This position is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GlobalFoundries’ on-site fabrication team. Your core responsibilities will involve maintaining manufacturing production line, diagnosing and solving process and equipment issues, and monitoring and addressing inline or defect signals.

- Guide a team of Module process engineers, overseeing daily operations.
- Manage daily engineering tasks to achieve manufacturing goals and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement training programs for shift engineers based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with the equipment team to understand preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure process compliance.
- Oversee daily objectives, track progress, and address any pending issues.
- Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing process stability and wafer yield.
