YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE AT GENPACT:

• Validating purchase order (PO) requests for billing purposes.
• Maintaining constant interaction with clients, gathering feedback, and providing necessary support as required, even at various client locations.
• Managing order-to-cash processes related to collections and dispute management while implementing and enforcing appropriate strategies.
• Engaging with end customers through calls and emails to collect overdue amounts.
• Managing relationships with customers and country/regional financial directors through various communication channels.
• Collaborating closely with the team to ensure proper coordination, meet deliverables, motivate team members, and develop process standards.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving Lean and Six Sigma projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE JOB AT GENPACT:

• Possess a deep understanding and knowledge of the entire order-to-cash process, including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated, and Automated).
• Work within tight deadlines in a high-pressure business environment while contributing effectively as a team player.
• Utilize SAP knowledge and experience to generate reports from SAP, which is considered a plus.
• Be open to working in various shifts as per business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS GENPACT OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:

B.Com (MBA in Finance preferred).
