YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN GRADUATE TRAINEE ENGINEER AT EMERSON:
- Develop well-structured, testable, and efficient Device Descriptor code (DD) while adhering to coding standards and technical design.
- Grasp and effectively work with the design and code of existing Device Descriptors.
- Employ reverse engineering techniques to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing DDs.
- Create Proof-of-Concepts and prototypes while conducting feasibility assessments for novel concepts and technologies related to Device Descriptors.
- Be ready to assume additional roles and responsibilities as the need arises, showcasing your ability to work with minimal support.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE EMERSON GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics discipline.
- Have 0 to 3 years of valuable experience in developing commercial software products.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML 5.
- Strong command of programming languages like C and Embedded C.
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Display a keen aptitude for rapid and enthusiastic learning, while also being an effective team player.
- Demonstrate your ability to thrive in a complex team structure, which may include working with globally distributed teams.
