YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN INSURANCE ADVISOR JOB:
As the primary point of contact for Ditto users, you will engage with them directly, understanding their needs and suggesting suitable policies or features. Your role involves guiding users throughout their insurance purchasing process and ensuring a smooth experience.
Even if you don’t have prior experience in the insurance industry, Ditto offer an intensive two-month training program to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role.
Ditto has two advisory teams, namely Team A and Team B.
- Team A’s primary responsibility is to engage with users and provide support primarily through direct calls, which constitutes approximately 40% of an advisor’s time. The remaining time is dedicated to communicating with users through the WhatsApp platform.
- Team B’s advisors are required to allocate a larger portion of their time, approximately 60%, to communicate with users through direct calls. The remaining time is dedicated to engaging with users through the WhatsApp platform.
You can choose between Team A and Team B during the application process.
