YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST JOB ROLE:

  • Accountable for managing and publishing content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms, as well as community engagement.
  • Oversee and participate in the development of social media content schedules.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for social media channels, identifying areas for optimization and improved performance.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing paid social media strategies and execution, with a focus on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • The responsibility includes generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for web analytics and social media statistics, creating dashboards, and performing ad-hoc analysis.
  • Evaluate social media campaigns utilizing both Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to collect visitor information and assess campaign effectiveness and opportunities for enhancing social media campaigns.
  • Ability and skills in testing.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in business relevance and stays up-to-date with the latest trends, viral content, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Engage in communication with clients to collaborate on project planning and reporting, among other aspects.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and following efficient workflow requirements to meet stakeholder expectations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR DELOITTE ANALYST JOB:

  • Fundamental understanding of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Sprinklr or other social media management tools.
  • Able to work effectively across different cultures and in a virtual work environment.
  • The candidate should have good proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and PowerPoint. A good knowledge of MS Excel is also an advantage.
  • Skills/ knowledge of Digital Campaign Management will be an added advantage.
  • The candidate should showcase exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation skills, and analytical skills.
  • Utilize internal social media and collaboration tools efficiently to facilitate connections between individuals and information.
  • Ability to effectively manage clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB AT DELOITTE:

Graduate/Post Graduate Degree / MBA

0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in web and social media analytics and stats, content management/knowledge management, professional services organization
