YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS JR. ENGINEER JOB ROLE:
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the entire production line from a process perspective.
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing equipment (VED) and processes for high-quality product production.
The candidate will be responsible for the daily disposal of process scraps.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize them effectively, even when faced with strict deadlines.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the necessary quality checks are conducted according to the defined schedule within their area of responsibility.
The candidate should actively participate in all shop floor-related audits.
The candidate actively promotes and contributes inputs for the continuous improvement process (CIM) and standards, including standard work practices.
The candidate will continuously observe a production machine, line, or area during the production process, aiming to achieve the highest possible productivity.
Responsible for performing daily preventive maintenance tasks and implementing 5S practices.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CONTINENTAL JR. ENGINEER JOB:
Background and experience in resistance welding, membrane welding, conformal coating, coil assembly, hot oven, SMT & Operational ownership.
Knowledge in Electronic components.
The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills.
The candidate must be open to working in shifts.
Knowledge of ISO, TS 16949, SAP and 5S principles.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively and professionally engage with both operations personnel and management.
The candidate should have the ability to lead and manage a small team of individuals.
The candidate supports and provides inputs to resolve corrective actions in case of failures.
