YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE CARRIER ASSOCIATE ENGINEER JOB ROLE:

Provide support and service to customers through calls, emails, and tickets.
Work on assigned offline activities and tasks.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.
Diagnose and analyze technical problems to provide effective solutions.
Analyze systems and energy data to identify opportunities for energy optimization.
Participate in projects involving data mining, analysis, and presentation.
Maintain commitment to customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer needs.
Demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts and schedules as required.
