AMAZON TRANSACTION RISK INVESTIGATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement established standard operation procedures and utilize appropriate tools to investigate and evaluate seller transactions.
Based on findings, take appropriate action in response to investigated transactions.
Provides detailed annotations to document their actions.
During the investigation process, interacts with external customers through phone or email communication.
During and after conducting an investigation, communicates with internal customers and peers through in-person meetings, emails, annotations, and phone calls.
Gain comprehension of the problem and utilize the available resources efficiently to address it.
Follow established processes and standards to escalate problems or discrepancies in information to the relevant owners/teams in a systematic manner.
Engage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Gain an understanding of performance metrics in order to conduct analysis that contributes to achieving business objectives.
