ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN SYSTEM AND APPLICATION SERVICES ASSOCIATE JOB AT ACCENTURE:
- Identifying and resolving issues within applications and infrastructure.
- Guiding clients, from end-users to administrators and developers, in overcoming technology obstacles.
- Focusing on driving automation, self-service, and evolving cloud infrastructure environments.
- Proactively monitoring, managing, reporting on the execution of deliverables, and resolving issues.
- Developing applications using a low-code development platform, configuring systems to meet each client’s unique requirements.
- Working with form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interfaces, and entity builders.
- Researching and analyzing internal business processes for optimization and automation.
- Creating test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
- Applying business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to achieve team test objectives.
- Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
