SPRINTO MARKET RESEARCH JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct viable market and industry analysis to identify potential accounts/companies.
Generate a comprehensive database of target markets, including relevant accounts, contacts, and their contact information.
Assist Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with campaign activities by providing the desired number of databases.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for market research activities.
Map company offerings to the characteristics of the target market.
Proactively identify accounts/companies and niche contacts within the assigned region.
Communicate with the team to understand their needs and requirements.
Generate reports on the created database and collaborate closely with the sales and growth teams.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SPRINTO RESEARCH ANALYST JOB:

Basic understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and a track record of producing results.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR SPRINTO OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:

Any Graduate
