Siemens System Engineer Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:

• You have to provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls to US/UK clients.
• Providing tickets/service requests worked on weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct health check of electrical vehicle (EV) chargers, check log entries to find root cause of the issue.
• Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.
• Collaborate with R&D team to resolve issues.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/BE degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical
Experience: 0 -12 months of experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Should have Knowledge of Electric Vehicles and chargers.
• Should be Flexible to work in rotating shifts
• Socially confident & Communicative with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be professional with Customer oriented attitude.
• Must have good command over the English language.
• Curiosity to learn and integrate new technologies.
• Phone support experience with US/UK customers
