YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SAP IT BUSINESS SERVICES ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT:
- Work as part of a team to handle SAP technology topics for a strategic customer account.
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and End-to-End (E2E) responsible for customer landscapes.
- Collaborate with Head of Technical Service Management and colleagues to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
- Assist in technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions.
- Support the onboarding and operation of the entire customer SAP landscape.
- Proficiency in reading code, writing short scripts, and hands-on SAP Technology skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS SAP ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT JOB:
- Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Windows) and OS-level system administration concepts.
- Conceptual knowledge of Relational- and In-Memory DBMS, preferably hands-on experience with HANA and/or ASE.
- Familiarity with SAP technology in a support or consulting environment is a plus.
- Understanding of network concepts including WAN technologies, DNS configuration, firewalls, routers, and subnets.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, virtualization technologies, and cloud storage systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand customer business drivers.
- Solid IT technology background (DB, OS, network) from education.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS SAP OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
BE/B.Tech/BCA/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
Some knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products is advantageous.
