RTDS JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities: Cloud Service Engineer job is to Help new client with on-boarding, follow up and server setup. Addressing client tickets related to any server or application issues. Guiding client with step-by-step instructions via email/call/chat. Candidate may also have to conduct remote troubleshooting of client issues. Reporting client feedback and any potential product requests. Help create technical documentation and manuals.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Should have strong Communications Skills with knowledge of Computer Support and trouble shooting.
- Have Knowledge of Windows Server products or Apple OS
- Ability to Prioritize Projects and work in a 24*7 team structure
