YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN ADVISOR- ABT JOB AT PHONEPE
- Act with integrity and prioritize a customer-first approach in every interaction.
- Handle basic insurance and transaction-related queries, converting them into business opportunities.
- Flexibly communicate with customers through both phone and data channels.
- Provide attentive assistance to customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.
- Achieve monthly input and output targets as assigned by supervisors.
- Utilize internal processes and resources to drive issue resolution.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage and educate customers to help them make the most of PhonePe’s services.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE PHONEPE ADVISOR JOB:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 0-2 years of work experience in insurance advisory/sales roles.
- Strong learnability and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various scenarios.
- Team player with flexibility and openness to feedback.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Multilingual skills in South Indian languages are preferred.
- Comfortable working in shifts and on a roster as required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR PHONEPE OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
Any Graduate
