Salary: INR 8-16.5 LPA (Expected)
YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BUSINESS ANALYST AT PHONEPE:
- Analyze complex business problems and patterns using internal and external data.
- Define critical metrics and monitor performance trends.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to convert business problems into analytical problem statements.
- Conduct deep analysis to provide unbiased insights.
- Propose improvements for critical metrics based on data-driven hypotheses.
- Act as an analytics and visualization SME, ensuring effective dashboard design.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS PHONEPE ANALYTICS JOB:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Business acumen and product understanding.
- Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and consolidation.
- Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Knowledge of data-analysis languages (R, Python) and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with ML models (preferred but not mandatory).
- Clear communication skills.
