YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TECHNICAL ANALYST- SUPPORT AT ORACLE:
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base.
- Address post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Handle technical questions about the use and troubleshooting of Oracle’s Electronic Support Services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering customer relationships.
- Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations and escalated issues.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ORACLE SUPPORT ANALYST JOB ROLE:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Technical interface for customers, OEMs, and VARs.
- Resolving problems related to Oracle product installation, maintenance, and usage.
- Level one support provision through electronic means.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction while adhering to guidelines.
