ORACLE INDIA SYSTEMS ANALYST 1- SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Systems Analyst at Oracle, your responsibilities include:
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base as a member of the Support organization.
- Act as an advocate for customer needs, addressing both non-technical and technical inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Interface with the customer’s IT staff, resolving moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
- Work either on-site or remotely, providing troubleshooting, repair, and workarounds for Oracle products.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering relationships and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations and escalated issues.
