NIELSEN ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Analyst at Nielsen Media India, based in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and fast-paced Operations team. Your position will focus on Local Programming and Syndication metadata curation, where you will be integral to researching, scheduling, analyzing, and delivering data and reports.

Responsibilities in Analyst Job at Nielsen Media India:  

• Implement procedures to adhere to internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high quality.
• Participate in training on business policies and standard operating procedures as necessary.
• Conduct data entry through various databases and ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
• Identify and suggest process improvements and support the implementation of new processes and programs.
• Engage with clients for day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
• Perform quality checks to maintain data accuracy.
• Handle client inquiries through various platforms including Change Requests and Salesforce tickets.
• Conduct research and respond to audit requests, and assist in the creation and data gathering for KPIs and metrics.
• Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
