YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN SPC/FDC ENGINEER, QUALITY AT MICRON:
1. Site Governance of FDC:
- Configure the E3 system to align with the global FDC process control strategy.
- Ensure FDC implementation adheres to Business Process and Best Known Methods.
- Lead process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and execute necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the network team to strategize FDC deployment and provide valuable input.
- Apply proper control techniques to critical parameters for quality deviation detection.
2. FDC Performance Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor the performance of FDC at the site and drive improvements to meet performance targets.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with the team to identify and resolve issues, eliminating common variations.
- Provide support during internal and external audits related to FDC matters.

KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE QUALITY ENGINEER JOB AT MICRON:
- Ideally, possess 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing with a focus on quality-related functions.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing systems, computer science, electronics, quality control, or a relevant field.
