YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN GRADUATE TRAINEE ENGINEER (GET) AT LENOVO:
- Completing training programs specific to your area of specialization (Database/Network/Windows/Linux/Cyber Security Administration).
- Providing L1 level monitoring support and assisting in the administration of databases, networks, Windows, Linux, and Cyber Security systems.
- Monitoring and responding to alerts and incidents according to defined procedures.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, software updates, and patch installations.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of system configurations and changes.
- Following established operational processes and contributing to their improvement.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to your area of specialization.
- Adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements.
